Instead of collecting contacts, members join industry conversations, share the work they are proud of on the Display wall, and message the people who can help them move forward. Job search is built in: open roles posted by iLook members sit alongside roles collected daily from licensed job feeds across the UK, Ireland, the Nordics and southern Africa, and roles are recommended for the country you are in. You can save listings, track the ones you have applied to, and apply with the CV stored on your profile. The Learn library adds free courses and professional talks every day, so the skills on your profile keep growing.

iLook is for professionals at any stage of a career: people looking for a first role, specialists building a reputation in their field, hiring managers who want to reach the right people directly, and anyone returning to work or changing direction. Members join from many countries, so the network is as useful for a local job hunt as it is for building an international industry reputation.
Who builds it
iLook is designed, built and maintained by the iLook team, a small independent group of product engineers and career specialists. We moderate the network ourselves, review every report of inappropriate content, and read every message sent to us. We do not sell member data, and we keep the profile information you share under your own settings.

Saravana has spent 24 years as an independent IT consultant to banking and financial services, working across cards and payments, digital channels, product and system design, and large programme delivery. That career has taken him from requirement gathering and system integration to programme, vendor and stakeholder management — the combination of business judgement and technical depth that shapes how iLook is built.
He founded iLook to put professional networking, job discovery and career learning in one place: a network where relationships lead somewhere, where roles are recommended for the country you are in, and where the skills on your profile keep growing. He leads the platform's product and engineering, and works with the iLook team to moderate the network.
